I would love to support your transformative journey into parenthood through the practice of yoga, breathwork, and meditation. One of the important pieces prenatal and postpartum yoga can teach us is the wisdom inherent in our own bodies.

I have practiced yoga most of my life, particularly vinyasa & ashtanga, which is a more fast-paced, sequenced form of yoga. But during my pregnancy and postpartum, I discovered the power of kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga is a self-healing kind of yoga that works on the physical, mental, and psychological body using mantras, kriyas (yoga postures), meditation, and pranayam (breathwork). It strengthens the nervous system, cleanses the subconscious mind, and activates your own energy to its full potential. Currently, I am finalizing a 100h trauma-informed prenatal and postpartum kundalini and hatha yoga education from Yoga Farm Ithaca.
